In February 2019, EuroMena III announced the completion of a capital increase in Novamed, a leading institutional healthcare provider in Côte d’Ivoire.

In April 2026, this investment was successfully exited when the Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS) acquired all operating clinics under the Novamed network
